What is the idea behind ‘Lite Work’?
The aim of our site is to bring you remedies from all areas of health and healing into one space, so that you can make decisions for yourselves. In time, as the site grows, more remedies, solutions and advice will become available for more health related conditions.
We (as many others do) believe that 3 is 1 – Your physical, emotional and spiritual health are closely linked, and therefore unbalance in any one may cause illness in the whole. That is why our aim is to give you information on all three areas.
What is Dis-ease?
This term refers to an imbalance in ANY aspect of a person’s health and well being. You or your body feels ‘uneasy’ (consciously or subconsciously) – energies may be low, symptoms may be small but regular, or increasing in their effects. Stress, lethargy, and constant worry or illness can lead to the body being weakened in its ability to heal itself. Dis-ease, left unnoticed or untreated may lead to physical disease. However, the good news is that if you ‘get to know yourself’, and become in-tune with your body, illness is much easier to recognise and prevent in the long term.
What is ‘Three is One’?
There are three aspects to your self, and your health. You have your PHYSICAL body – this needs regular exercise, good healthy food, good hygiene care etc,etc.
Then there is your EMOTIONAL body – your thoughts and feelings. This aspect of you needs love, good communication, self esteem, also the ability to accept and clear negative emotions, etc.
The SPIRITUAL body relates to your ‘higher self’. Your soul. Your ability to acknowledge the realms beyond the one we are in. It is the true you. (Regardless of your beliefs or religion).
Can these products work alongside other treatments and / or medications?
We would always advise you to see your GP regarding any condition you may have. However, this site is provided for you to be able to source information on common ailments that may respond very well to some form of traditional, holistic or complementary therapy. In many cases, these treatments will have no contraindications to usage with western medicines. With herbal remedies it is VERY important to contact a qualified herbalist or your GP before embarking upon treatments. Some therapies work better if they are the only one being carried out at any given time.

How safe is your site?
We guarantee that we will NOT pass ANY of your personal details to any other party. We do not hold details of your credit/ card details, as we use PAYPAL.
We will offer you the chance of emails from our site, as well as the e-newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time, using the appropriate tab on the email. We will NOT, without your permission, send you information or emails, and under NO circumstances will we pass on ANY of your details to any other business, internet based or other.
PAYPAL keep all relevant details of your payment sources, and we have no access to such information. We will, however keep on our records your email address, name, and delivery address for future information, should you re-order or contact us.
How long does delivery take?
We value your order, and endeavour to process and ship goods within 5 working days, using the post office. Occasionally, this timescale cannot be achieved for reasons such as out of stock items. We will inform you by email and wherever possible, an estimated despatch date. If this proves to be unsuitable, you are welcome to a full refund.
If you require something in a hurry, such as for a birthday gift etc, please let us know by email or phone. We can then check availability and timescales for you, to avoid any disappointment.
Sometimes we may be away at conventions or conferences. Therefore, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order.
Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with for a refund/exchange?
If you wish to return an item for any reason you can do so, but you must first confirm that this is possible by contacting litework.org.uk by email or post. Any goods returned to us without prior consent are sent back to you at your cost.
You must ensure that you return the item within 7 days of receiving your order*. Items must be returned in a new or unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items but the shipping is non-refundable. Please be aware that returns are subject to a charge to cover the charge issued to us by bank for every refund applied for. If you wish for an exchange of goods, please detail which item/s you would like as replacements. Your card will be charged for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur.
*Bespoke jewellery cannot be returned under any circumstances, as these items are made specifically to your order.
There are certain items that cannot be returned. Please see our terms and conditions for these.
What if my goods are faulty or damaged on arrival?
We take the best care possible in safely packaging items for transit. If, in the unlikely event you find that your goods are damaged on their arrival, please contact us by email or telephone as soon as you receive them. Any item being returned MUST be done so in its original state and original packaging, and by way of a trackable delivery method. If the product is proved to be faulty or damaged, you will be re-reimbursed in full, or a replacement product will be sent to you, whichever suits you.
